Aleesha was able to establish herself as the best female bodybuilder in the second portion of 2010. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. Her father had a career in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was 15 or so. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha following her win at the NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place and she finished 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016, in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a break from the sport because of health concerns.
