Even though the "hands looking out into space" principle is certainly a part of our daily routine, there's no doubt that the faith of Rotary has been growing and more people are forming acquaintances in person. However, the nature of Rotary has evolved. While we are in the summer months in 2021 there is a lot of uncertainty in how our service to society will include the much-valued human connection experienced by Rotary members of the past. Although the mantra of hands face space' is sure to continue to be a component of our routine it is apparent that confidence is building and connections between face-to-face are happening. Rotary, however, has changed. Rotary has changed. While maintaining our online meetings for business meetings and social interactions, we've brought back the concept of social interaction and service using a safe face-to-face format. To create an exciting new future, we've embraced this opportunity and combined them with some of our most effective pre-pandemic strategies.
